This is an unusual and very tasty fish dish. A confident beet base on below, and an aristocratic cheese coat made of sesame and cornflakes on top of the fish create an unusual flavor ensemble. Such a dish will turn any fishy Thursday into a holiday!

Sour cream: 3 tablespoons.
Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons.
Corn flakes: 2 tablespoons.

Broccoli. This is the kind of cabbage, which nutritional properties are unmatched among other vegetables, and its young leaves are not inferior to spinach and regular cabbage. This «Count» is a good example of how you can quickly cook a bright original dish from simple and standard components. A bag of champignons, a bunch of herbs and a bit of hard cheese – that is all! This is the most important ingredients that you can always find in any fridge. For only half an hour, you will be able to impress both your guests’ attention and their taste sensations with a spicy, fragrant aristocratic dish.

Ingredients:
Champignons: 300 g.
Green onion: 100 g.
Herbs: 30 g. of dill and parsley.
Garlic: 1 clove.
Hard cheese: 30 g.
Sour cream: 5 tablespoons.
Olive (or sunflower) oil: 2-3 tablespoons.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Блюдо испанских аристократов. Капуста Брокколи имеет древнюю репутацию необыкновенно целебного продукта. Еще Авиценна рекомендовал употреблять сирийскую капусту ( много веков эту капусту выращивали только в Сирии и в других арабских странах ). В XII веке арабы привезли капусту в Испанию, и её выращивали только в огородах немногих вельмож. «Кабальеро» - это, моя современная попытка, использовать старинную Испанскую рецептуру целебных блюд, в палитре наших новых кулинарных возможностей. Получилось очень интересно и вкусно!
