The first and most important steps to believing in yourself.
1. Stop expecting something from life, from other people.
2. Take your destiny into your own hands. Don't be a victim. Take responsibility for your thoughts. Thoughts create your reality for you in the first place.
Whatever happens, remember: you are the captain of your life. You make decisions, make choices about how to behave, and what to do with the circumstances around you. Your decisions, your choices, your beliefs and thoughts, your attitude towards everything that happens to you, create your life. Choose your position in life consciously!
3. Manage your emotions. You yourself can either strengthen faith in yourself or weaken it. Your attitude towards yourself is the basis of your attitude towards life. Life gives it back to you like a mirror. What we emit is what we receive.
4. Create within yourself a space of calmness, self-confidence, acceptance, and understanding of everything and everyone - the highest awareness.
This core of tranquility will help you balance on the waves of seething life. And no matter what happens, thanks to the accumulated state of inner calm, you will always return to balance, and you will sensibly make decisions and manage your life.
5. Realize that all this is only in your hands. Nobody will do it for you. And no one will live your life instead of you. It's only your choice. Only YOU can control yourself and your life. Believe in yourself! And you will reveal the greatest strength in yourself! Since God lives in each of you.
