Kyoto

Delicious

Simplicity is the path to success. Back in the day, Japanese fakirs hid a grass in their clothes, and then an unusually beautiful blooming cherry blossom grew out of their cuffs! This dish is the same – at first, it looks very simple, but it turns into a real delicacy during the cooking. Unusual, delicate taste brings us into the atmosphere of the calmness of the Pacific Ocean, over which the colors of modern industrial Kyoto stretch. You are calm and well fed!
