Sea Truffle


The original way of cooking fish fillets in an eccentric marinade of fresh herbs and tomatoes with a rich set of fish spices. A subtle aftertaste of sesame with cheese gives an unforgettable gastronomic pleasure as the pieces of this unusual dish are melting in your mouth!

Grenadier or sea pike fillets: 4 pcs.
Onions: 1 pc.
Garlic: 2 cloves.
Tomatoes: 2 pcs.
Sour cream: 3 tablespoons.
Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons.
Sesame: 4 tablespoons.
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons.
Hard cheese: 50 g.
Salt, pepper, seasonings for fish and herbs.

Cooking marinade: grate a tomato on a large grater, cut herbs and grate garlic on a small grater, then add olive oil, seasonings, salt and pepper, then blend it all (photo 1, 2).

Spread the fish fillets on the baking tray; grease it with sour cream and mayonnaise.

Pour the marinade on it (photo 3).

Sprinkle with hard cheese and sesame (photo 4).

Bake in a hot oven (180-200C) for 20-25 minutes (photo 5, 6).

Decorate the dish with herbs and serve it on the table (photo 7).
