Sea Cocktail Soup

Nowadays, you can always buy different vacuum sets of sea delicatessen or you can just choose any frozen seafood in the market.  We are going to cook a very tasty Chinese soup with seafood.

Ingredients:
Potatoes: 300 g.
Carrot: 1 pc.
Onions: 2 pcs.
Sea kale: 50 g.
Shrimps: 50 g.
Cuttlefish: 30 g.
Octopus: 30 g.
Mussels: 30 g.
Melted cheese: 1 pack.
Lean oil for frying.
Bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the potatoes, carrots and onions in a 3 liter pot. Cook all this together until ready (30 minutes) (photo 10).

10 minutes before the end, put all the seafood in the pot (photo 2, 3).

Cook a roast of onions and carrots on lean butter. Add it to the soup (photo 4).

In the end, add grated melted cheese (photo 5, 6).
