Macedonian Potatoes


We are usually using potatoes as a side dish and it is only a shadow of the main dish. This recipe for cooking potatoes makes this dish a leader on the plate next to any cutlet or schnitzel! Crisp, spicy, fragrant – a real Macedonian!

Potatoes: 10 pcs.
Mayonnaise: 5 tablespoons.
Garlic: 3 cloves.
Sunflower oil

Oregano seasonings, oriental spices, salt and pepper to taste.

Wash and then cook whole potatoes with its skin until half-ready (photo 1).

Cook the sauce – mix garlic, mayonnaise and spices.

Cut potatoes into equal parts and grease it with the sauce (photo 2).

Bake in hot oven for 25-30 minutes (photo 3).

Decorate it and serve on the table (photo 4, 5).
