A hybrid of biscuits and cookies that is very easy to cook. It is tasty and very unusual. Biskies are quickly cooked, however, they are also quickly eaten!

Eggs: 3 pcs.
Wheat flour: 2 cups.
Sugar: 5 tablespoons.
Sour cream: 1 glass.
Butter: 20 g.
Cinnamon: ½ teaspoon.
Apples: 2 pcs.
Walnuts: 1 glass.
Baking soda: ½ teaspoon.
A pinch of salt. 

Mix the eggs with sugar. Add one glass of sour cream and melted butter. Continue mixing. Add the flour (by tablespoons) and the baking soda.

In the end, sprinkle it with cinnamon and mix it well once more. Dough consistency should be the same as dough for pancakes.

Prepare two grated apples and walnuts (photo 1).

Put a portion of dough on the baking tray and put the filling in the middle.

Bake in a hot oven (180-200C) for 15-20 minutes (photo 2).
