You can always surprise your family and friends with this dish. Because of tuna, which has a different taste than usual fish, the taste of roast will be indistinguishable from the veal dish; in fact, the roast with oriental spices will be much tastier than any veal dish!
Tuna: 500 g.
Onion: 2 pcs.
Carrot: 1 pc.
Tomato: 2 pcs.
Garlic: 2 cloves.
Corn flour: 1 glass.
Tomato sauce: 2 tablespoons.
Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons.
Sunflower oil: 4 tablespoons.
Dried herbs, salt, pepper and seasonings for fish to taste.
Cut the fish in cubes, and then sprinkle with salt, pepper and seasonings.
Envelop the fish in corn flour and fry on sunflower oil in a heated frying pan until the fish is golden brown.
Also add grated tomato, sliced carrots and onions, then fry 10 more minutes (photo 1).
Add a little water, garlic, soy and tomato sauces, and then stew for another 5 minutes.
In the end, add dried herbs (it is better to use oriental sets of herbs) (photo 2).
I recommend serving boiled rice for garnish (photo 3).
Decorate the dish with fresh herbs and serve it (photo 4)!
